Where to Stay in Munich
Where’s the “cool” part of town? What hostel
has the best atmosphere? What about price? We’ve seen
the places; below are our favorites. We recommend that you
call ahead to reserve a bed. Regarding telephone numbers,
use the first set of numbers only when dialing from outside
German (a + means 00). And only press a number in the parenthesis
when dialing inside the country.

Easy Palace Station Hotel
Less than a “par three” from Munich’s central
station. Accommodations range from hostel style to three-star
hotel style, and all come with a breakfast buffet. The Station
Hotel’s small size allows it to offer guests personalized

Munich’s party hostel, with a big focus on the bar.

This great chain of hostels is known for being clean and safe.
One of the few places where bed sheets and breakfast are always

Located in a park near the Botanical Garden, the Tent is cheap
and friendly. You could probably dig up enough money from
your pockets to pay for the most basic sleeping option: a
